My wife, Kathleen Beardsmore, died at the Mount hospital, Leeds, on 11 August 2017. An inquest into Kathleen’s death was held, at Wakefield Coroners Court, between 11 and 15 November 2019. The Coroner was Jonathan David Leach. This is Kathleen’s story.
