This site sets out the account of Shaun Beardsmore concerning the death of his wife, Kathleen Beardsmore, at the Mount hospital, Leeds, on 11 August 2017, and the conduct of the inquest into her death held at Wakefield Coroners Court between 11 and 15 November 2019.

The numbered marks in the narrative refer to documents. Those documents are listed on the Evidence page.
